Changes to Terms and Conditions
Naturality with Toni reserves the right to update the terms and conditions, that includes changes to pricing and services. Your ongoing use of the website constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Client Intake Forms
New Naturopathic clients must complete an Initial Client Intake Form prior to their initial consultation. Client intake forms are emailed to the client at the time of the booking.

Payment Terms
Bookings via the website will prompt a payment in advance. In person, payment can be arranged at the end of the consultation/session using cash or credit card. Direct bank deposits can also be arranged in some circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling a consultation/session. If you have to cancel your consultation/session for any reason, please provide as much notice as possible. If your consultation/sessions are cancelled or missed without notice then fees are non-refundable.

Online consultations
Online consultations/sessions are conducted via My Appointments, an online software program that is secure and specifically for the practitioner and customer relationship.
